Readers Questions ~ My Weekly Exercise schedule ..........



Today i am going to answer Beck's question she sent to me a couple of days ago.
Beck asked me~

Do you have any routine /schedule for your daily exercise if any? Would love to know

Well Beck i do and it's just trying to really stick to it here is what my schedule is~


All you need each day is a spare 30 Min's for each of these and you will feel better!


MONDAY ~Cardio Day - So i  do try most Mondays to get up really early and go walking for 25 Min's yes with the dog as well.


TUESDAY ~ Upper Body- I get my hand weights of 2kg /3kg and do 10 reps on each arm . Also do lunges ,and jump up and down my back stairs 10 times.


WEDNESDAY ~Fun Day- Run with Tammy at the park and play ball with her she hits it with her noise and bounces around with ... {ball fetish} Swimming or i go do a dance class.


THURSDAY ~Cardio Day- I try and do some lite jogging for 15 Min's up and down the street.


FRIDAY ~Lower Body-I walk to another park only 10 Min's away where they have  stairs .{killer}
I try and beat last time i walk up them 1st time then really fast touching each step i race down . Then do the same going up and walking back down.  Massive legs work out!!


SATURDAY ~Fun Day- I do some Water aerobics as my legs are sometimes killing me .


SUNDAY ~Rest Day -I normally sleep in till 9/10 unless we go to the early markets for fresh fruit& veg:-)  I have a nice hot bath with bath crystals and a candle .
