Anyway it's been a struggle with birthdays and more crap etc...
But i am pleased as punch to say i have LOST!!! and wait for this 10 inches of my hips
and i am right now 73kg!
So yes i am nearly half the sizer i am woohoo still a bit more to go ~ {won't do exact measurement until i reach my full goal}
Don't eat after 8pm
Drink at least 6 glasses of water through out day
eat lots of fruit and veggies and nuts
always wake up and start day with a smoothie from lose baby weight don't think i could have done it without there help.
Do exercise daily even if it's for 30 Min's a day
So pretty much just at half way mark and pretty pleased .
For anyone that says now you really should not have a bowl of chicken pasta fungi ~ Um you can as long as you either walk it off or do some running in the morning!!! I asked a very special personal trainer that is my own daughter!
Yes my daughter is a cert 3 personal trainer and i am rather happy also is a qualified hairdresser .
If you have been reading my blog you will know i did not see her for nearly 5 years and now we are slowly making contact .She came over the other day and spent all day with us showed us her car ~ she got her licence on Friday as she is 18!
Anyhow we are slowly getting our lives back on track with meetings , coffee's ,outings etc...
So it's all coming along nicely
Anyway some people wanted to see a pic and recent one of me within the last 2 days so here they are getting to the skinny me and i reckon i can do it and get to my goal by this Christmas! Yes that C word so lets not make it so hush hush!!! LOL
