Here is what i had last night for Dinner -: cooked onion, tomato, mushrooms & snow peas.
OK so i have thought about this for quite some time "I want to become a vegetarian" just me i only eat chicken on occasion say every few weeks and i hardly eat deli meats ; such as salami ,ham and so on ..... so it can't be all that hard right?!
I would still eat fish, eggs ~ So not that strict i won't be a vegan ~ Don't think i can go that far yet!
So while Dion and Chloe have there weekly menu like chops ,sausages, blah ,blah ....i may need some help .
So I am asking can YOU my wonderful readers here help me with some ideas on some fabulous vegetarian dishes for just one. I am right for three days but then stuck .
MONDAY ~ Vegetarian fritters with cous cous
TUESDAY ~ Tuna casserole ~ (whole family)
WEDNESDAY ~Veggie Soup (whole family)
THURSDAY ~
FRIDAY ~
SATURDAY ~
SUNDAY ~
So i need some wonderful, fabulous dishes for Thursday till Sunday.
So you can either say your ideas here in the comment section (would love this) or tell me on
