Spring Cleaning ~ The 20 Day Challenge ...........

So as you know i am not perfect and when i was living ages ago with a friend (Kerryn) she always said to me 

"Danielle doesn't know how to push her chair in"

  Yes every time i left a chair so far out that either people would trip or give me that look ~you know the one.

 When people say under there breath ~ Gee she could have pushed her chair in.

I now say it all the time to my kids weather they leave the table or move a chair i say "Don't forget to push your chair in!

Anyway over the last few days i have been involved in the 20 Day challenge from Katrina ~who runs the awesome blog The organised housewife

She set tasks as to what you needed to do bit by bit i fell behind on day 2 .

But did get them finished .

Now i feel bloody awesome that my house is clean  and i have the whole weekend to do other things . (As for kids bedrooms) aka Chloe! She is old enough to do that herself really i am not her personal slave ,just her mum right!

So here are some shots i did 

 THE KITCHEN

silly me forgot to take a picture of the kitchen dumping ground mess for a before shot.

But the after shot looks awesome don't you think!

                                                        THE LAUNDRY

my laundry is so tiny you can't swing a cat in there yes it's dull and needs painting but oh well!
I didn't feel the need to take a before shot we all see and know clothes get dumped on the floor etc... I did take pics of the before was just another dumping area for junk mail~ Now i have a nice sign saying "NO junk mail Thanks" Anyway i like the after better .                                                      THE BATHROOM

This is obviously just a drop everything zone and "mum" can pick it up etc... ! "Excuse Me"
If you use the towel twice walk 5 steps and put it in the laundry gee it ain't science stupid!!!
I seem to be a slave here. Wander if i went on strike? huh what would happen ..........

                                                     Wonder how long it will take to see who puts the towel on the floor or sports uniform on the floor ,or put a mat down so we don't slip from out of the shower hmmm

                                           

                                                 MY BEDROOM
I need to brighten up the bedroom just a bit jazz it up looks boring heh! Love my bed not that much to do really it was not that bad to start with . yes no bed head with this water bed baby!

                                                     
So that just about covers most of the house i still have to organise my fridge and pantry again! Getting slack .
