Well it's already nearly over September OMG! We are so close to October already and that means it's around 36 or so days till Halloween yup!  Love getting the house all scary and making jack-O-lanterns , Balloon Ghosts , edible fingers  etc....
Who said it was just the Americans who do Halloween ,we Aussies love it too you know.

This year Chloe and a group of her friends  will go trick or treating for 2 hours then come home. As its a school day the next day We are having our Halloween party on the 27th .

Her friends must come dressed up in something from a Halloween movie and and then we shall have a scary Dinner (yet to be decided) But it will be gory but edible hehehe! Watch a movie do what teens do chat all night and not sleep  ~ (poor me)

Will be doing my marbled eggs but with Green food colour cool huh!

Every Halloween i get to play my spooky music of the good old days

Will be watching some or all of these in my bedroom and scare my self like a crazy bitch on steroids lol

Halloween does not always have to be scary just check out the beauty in this make up . Just Awesome!

Here are three some small tips for getting into the Halloween spirit:~

 1)   Got some Oreos put them into a zip lock bag and get your kids the cookies into little bits (they will go on top of chocolate ice cream  and add some gummy worm! Will give the look of dirt lol.

2) Got some white hanky's  and a few golf balls : put the hanky over the golf ball with a rubber band so it has a head then use black marker dotting the eyes or do round circles for eyes ,nose and mouth. use fishing wire to hang them round the house or from light fittings.

3) Get some meat trays either ones you have had or from the butcher ~wash  thoroughly clean cut ghost shapes out and cut the eyes out tape or glue string at back at the top to hang round your house and at bottom tie a bell . Even hang at your door!

More next week .........

So yes this is a blog hop Ta DA!! Each Wednesday i will be putting Halloween stuff up ~ Be it spooky tales ,recipes for Halloween and so on and so on..... So if you have anything that has to do with Scary stuff.  Make sure you grab the code and don't forget link up your post.

  4. We never did Halloween growing up and my parents deride it as Yankie crap. However my eldest (who is only 5) absolutely adores it. I'll have to start planning outfits.
    Thanks for the tips.

  5. Sounds like fun, Danni! The boys are still a little young for Halloween but maybe in a couple of years we might take them trick and treating :)

  6. Hi Dannie,
I personally never paid much attention to Halloween, then my brother married an American and she has brought with her all the Halloween fun. He builds her a spooky maze in their garage every year now it's quite something.

I've linked to my Halloween page in my business Cupcake City for you as this year I do have some fun cupcake toppers and other items that might interest you and your readers. All the best for your Halloween fun - Glenys
