Lets give this a whirl for this week shall we ..... This is only for me the rest of the family is having meat stuff yuk!
MONDAY ~Veggie burgers x 2(small ones) with rice
TUESDAY ~Tofu curry with steamed veggies
WEDNESDAY ~cous cous ~ love it
THURSDAY~Cheese and spinach ravioli
FRIDAY ~veggie pastie
SATURDAY ~ Soup (T.B.A)
SUNDAY ~Black beans,rice,onion,mushrooms,tomato stew ~ something i concocted last week.
COOKING /BAKING ~ muffins ,tarts.
