What cheeses you off!? Let me know .....

So as this heading says i want to know what cheese YOU off!?
The other day / night sort of went like this ~

I was trying to have a conversation with Dion and Chloe no idea what it was on ,we had the back door open as we just painted our kitchen ~{more about that later on in a post to come}

 So anyway we where half way through a deep conversation when i had the attack of yes "hay fever" I know i tend to block my sneezes and they do get a laugh from time to time cos it sort of sound like Nnnphf! if that makes any sense.

"Chloe grabbed my phone and started to snap away as hers was on charge and thought it was funny to post these pics on MY Instagram !

 " She will keep for now! Grrr They both counted i had sneezed over 15 times in a row. By now i was having a massive head rush. Is it true as i had read somewhere ages ago every time you block a sneeze little brain cells can die?! or is that a silly myth ???

OK so How do you stop hay fever?  The stuff at the chemist wont work for me at all.
