
OK so yesterday i sort of went off the wagon .OMG! I ate small piece of chicken and actually felt ill!
So let's see if we can stay on track . Please help me stay on track.....
MONDAY ~ Veggie Burgers(love them heaps)
TUESDAY~Fried rice
WEDNESDAY~grilled fish and steamed bok choy with satay sauce
THURSDAY~ Pesto pasta with mint sauce
FRIDAY~Asian green stir fry
SATURDAY~Baked spud with fatty filling lol ~ cream,avocado,salsa,
SUNDAY~Smoked salmon and pine nut rocket salad drizzled with french dressing
COOKING / BAKING ~Chocolate and roasted hazelnut caramel slice ,pretzels , muffins.
