Yes i have been up and down like a yo yo ... Who hasn't with cold days like today and freezing nights i often zip my coffee and have maybe more than 4 after dinner mints or 4 lines of a chocolate block.
But i will keep at it i want to look all mighty fine for this years summer ! I don't want to feel embarrassed about the fat arms i have or huge thighs i have from the amount of but sitting i have done lol *sigh*
So every morning i wake up have a smoothie and a small cuppa coffee pretty week too. Then lace up jumper and tracks with runners on and really pound that pavement to the park.
Now with daylight savings on (love that it now gets dark at 8:30) i can go walking at night to the park at 7pm for 40 mins You will always find me walking up /down/round in huge circles.
I will beat this larger person in me .
I feel out of breath ,uncomfortable at times and push my self so i am panting so loud that i feel faint!
I eat loads fruit . Some nuts (when the teeth are not as sore)
Love my capsicums , apples,. I try always to have whole grain bread at least 3 times a week.
Love my Grapefruits or oats on the weekends while the rest of the family either tuck into bacon & eggs or pancakes......
I am happy they support me and help me when i try and grab a small piece of pancake off a plate .
I try and stay clear of pasta and only have it once a week if i can .Because really that is what makes me pile on kilos.....
