I am a little slow to start this but over Christmas etc.... I am so angry with myself as i totally stuffed my self stupid! I just ate junk and kept going i felt so out of shape so as today is a new day well Friday February 1st. What better time to start this........
So i will begin slow baby steps and walk for 20 minutes then jog for another 20 minutes. After a few weeks i shall increase from walking to jogging than to a run.
I have joined the awesome group #OperationMOVE to get this booty moving nothing fits anymore and i really want to get fit and into shape again for a healthier me!
So i will hopefully be up at 6am have a fruit home made smoothie no coffee till later :-)
I want to be happy for just me .
Salads for lunch and lots of veggies ,fruits and nuts
I will work out a proper exercise routine soon.
will post fortnightly updates here to let you all know how i am going and if i fail (but i won't fail) not this time!
My Body has already told me i am pretty over weight as my thighs rub together and my arms hang more.
I feel really heavy and outta breath.
So "HELLO" FEBRUARY ~ I will make myself proud!!!!
HOW IS YOUR EXERCISE ROUTINE LOOKING ?
ARE YOU MOTIVATED EVERY DAY ?

Oh gosh I hear you, I'm having trouble getting back on track after the festive season derailed me good and proper! Good luck with your regime!!
ReplyDeleteI want to have a healthier lifestyle and do more exercise but so far, not so good (those 2 choc chip Hot Cross buns I just had are not a great start to Feb!!).
ReplyDeleteBut I am doing FebFast (no alcohol in February)...so small steps!
Good on you Dannie, you legend you! I need my coffee to keep myself awake at 5.30am EVERY morning!
ReplyDeleteToo many people make the resolution for improving themselves on January 1 and then fail. You've done well waiting a month. Small steps are the way to do it. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteOh Dannie, I can SO relate to this! I was doing well for a few months toward the end of 2012, but I have totally gotten away from my exercise routine and I can feel it. Oddly enough, I've lost about 20 lbs. even without exercising regularly, but I think that's mostly from some life circumstances that essentially keep me from wanting to eat much. My motivation is to think how much MORE I could lose if I get back to exercising consistently - which is the key, I think - and for me, that means using my treadmill and weights. Best wishes for success in your efforts! :-) ~~ K'Lee
ReplyDeleteThis is great! I started running last October and I know that if you keep at it, you will be astounded by how quickly you can progress from just walking to jogging & running! You can do it!!
