I well sort of fell way off the walking wagon a little no a lot! Finally picked myself up and am pushing myself back into a routine i can do and keep on track.
I have eating raw food a lot this week and tones of tuna.
So today i walked for about 1/2 an hour to me It felt like an hour . It was 34 deg today in Melbourne.
As you know i really love the heat so i do it when it starts to become hot. To me you burn more when you sweat more!?
Anyway so as i was walking home after my walk i slowed down and had to cut across the road as men where doing road works and stuff making way for more parking i guess.....
I tend to walk slower when a slow song comes on and if i really want to try and make track of time i find a fast techno song etc... then it becomes a casual jog. I need new headphones as Chloe took my other ones Grrr!!!!
I slowly jogged past the wen working with trucks that dig concrete shit up and this one man gives me a loud wolf whistle! Well i stopped turned to go up to him (yep cute too) Way to young and hey i am married as well.... but i said thanks handsome and winked a little with a chuckle ~ never been wolf whisstled at before have you?
No i was not offended what's so ever i thought it was awesome and it put a smile on my dial now for the rest of the afternoon.
Until Chloe walks in the door any tick of the clock. ~To hear her say I'm hot yadda yadda . My kids don't like the heat much Strange)
