Healthy Eggs...


Do you love eggs? Do you get enough protein? I do love my eggs mainly scrambled but not just plain I make sure I add good things to it for a healthy snack too. Morning noon or evening time

What you need:
3 /4 eggs
1 onion
1 tomato
Handful of sliced mushrooms



 
                                       whisk the eggs till your arms are about to drop off!

 
                                          cut the onion ,tomato and mushrooms up small
 
                                   sort the onion so it gets some colour with a dollop of butter

 
                                          chuck it all in and let it cook away with a stir here and there



                                       grab your bowl and TA DA you have a healthy protein meal

  2. Looks delicious. Reminds me of a recipe I used to make with bacon & apple chunks fried with onion before adding the beaten eggs.
