I am sharing with you today my unique fried rice.
Much better then the take away version too. Also you have most of these staples in your home already .
An extremely healthy dish that has you wanting more. I made a huge batch up so we have lunch for tomorrow too
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- Shredded Chicken
- Spring Onion
- Soy Sauce
- pepper to taste
A few days old rice is better for this dish . Use a splash of oil (I used my wife's new business oil to view it click the link . (Your Inspiration At Home) Ha gave her a little plug there see!
Cook the egg first then leave it to the side . Ad bacon and carrots cook add peas corn soy sauce (just half cap)
Then add rice mix all through last add cooked chicken and egg mix again and serve.
